Championship Institution uses Jane for all scheduling and patient management. Once you have booked your first appointment, you can manage everything from the Jane for Clients app on your phone.

Already have a Championship Institution account? Download the App.

Already have the Jane mobile app from another clinic? No need to create a new account. Tap your profile icon, select Manage Accounts, tap the plus button, and search for Championship Institute to add us.


Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Download the Jane for Clients app



  2. Open the app and tap Get Started to create your account.
    Note that this is a separate login from the web portal — you will need to create a new one specifically for the app.

  3. Once inside, search for Championship Institute LLC, click our location, sign into your existing Jane account, or click “Add account” if your existing account automatically pops up.

  4. Sign in with your existing Championship Institute login to verify and connect your account

  5. You’re all done! Book, reschedule, and manage your appointments from your phone

Before downloading the Jane Mobile app, you will first need to create a Jane account by booking your first appointment online.

Head to our booking page, select your appointment, and create your login when prompted. Once that is done, you are ready to download the app.
