Client Testimonials

Every person who walks through our doors has a story: an injury that slowed them down, a surgery that set them back, or a goal they were not sure they could reach. These are a few of those stories.

Greg W, age 50, celebrating his completion of Ironman Arizona 2025 after years of overcoming injuries and training setbacks.

“As a middle-aged endurance athlete, I spent years struggling to complete marathon training without injuries derailing my progress. Since working with Chris, that has completely changed.

Over the last several years, Chris has helped me recover from injuries that previously would have ended my training and forced me to miss races. More than once, he has helped me go from injured to race-ready within weeks of an important event.

What impresses me most is his ability to tailor treatment to exactly what my body needs at that moment. He not only helps with physical recovery but also helps break through the mental barriers that often come with injury.

Because of Chris, I didn't just return to marathon running — I took my passion for endurance sports to the next level and became an Ironman. I've also watched Chris work with young athletes building confidence, and seniors recovering from surgery with equal dedication, patience, and care.

The Ironman motto is 'Anything Is Possible.' For me, it's more accurate as:

'Anything Is Possible with Chris by Your Side.'

“My athletic career wouldn’t have been possible without Chris's expertise.”

Chris has helped me with a variety of issues over the past 5 years: shoulder, neck, wrist, and more. I have worked with dozens of athletic trainers & physios over the years as a former Team USA athlete, and Chris is virtually unrivaled compared to the rest of the field.

Simply put, my athletic career & accomplishments would not have been possible without his expertise, and he continues to help me navigate physical setbacks whenever they arise.

Perhaps most importantly, Chris has a big heart for getting you where you need to be. No matter how busy things get, he always takes the time to ensure you receive attention and treatment. Additionally, he will always find a way to accommodate you into his schedule. Thank you for everything, Chris.

  • "Murph literally keeps me functional. Highly recommend. Murph is magic." - Amy H.

Murph literally keeps me functional. I see him weekly for soft tissue work and shockwave.

I started seeing him a few years ago, before my knee replacement, to strengthen my leg before surgery. Then I saw him post-surgery for knee rehab. He helped me get all my range of motion back and got me back to hiking again.

Highly recommend. I often say Murph is magic.

  • "Murph is the single biggest reason I can still compete on the tennis court and live without limitations." - Sean O.

I have worked with Chris Murphy ("Murph") through multiple surgeries, injuries, and the everyday wear and tear of staying active, and he is the single biggest reason I can still compete on the tennis court, not to mention navigate life without limitations. Murph does not just fix the problem; he teaches you why it happened and gives you tools to help prevent it from coming back.

If you want someone who cares about your long-term health and not just a quick fix, Murph is the one to see. I would not be playing the sport I love without him.

  • "Murph is top tier. He truly cares and has my body's best interests in mind." - Evan H.

After spending months seeing traditional physical therapists for injuries I was dealing with, I decided to work with Murph. In just two sessions, I made more progress than I had during months of conventional physical therapy.

Murph takes the time to understand what is actually causing the issue rather than simply treating the symptoms. He consistently helps speed up my recovery and get me back to 100%.

I would highly recommend Murph to anyone dealing with an injury, trying to improve their performance, or looking for a more personalized and effective approach to recovery.
