Our Services
A full range of treatments under one roof.
-
Not sure what's wrong? We assess any musculoskeletal injury from head to toe — sprains, strains, concussions, joint pain, and everything in between. The first step to getting better is knowing exactly what you're dealing with. Learn more about injury evaluation here.
-
Hands-on treatment combined with a structured recovery plan to get you back to full function. Whether you're dealing with a fresh injury or something that's been lingering, we build a path forward specific to you.
-
A combination of fascial manipulation, pressure point release, and PNF stretching to break up tension, restore mobility, and get your body moving the way it should.
-
A non-invasive, high-energy treatment used to break down chronic pain, tendinopathies, and stubborn soft tissue conditions that haven't responded to other treatments.
-
A cutting-edge technique that uses controlled pressure to stimulate muscle growth and accelerate recovery with significantly less strain on the body. Especially effective post-injury or post-surgery.
-
An ancient technique with modern application. Cupping lifts and decompresses soft tissue to improve circulation, reduce muscle tightness, and speed up recovery.
-
Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization that targets scar tissue, fascial restrictions, and chronic tightness to restore normal movement and reduce pain.
-
Thin needles are used to target muscular trigger points — releasing tension, reducing pain, and restoring proper muscle function. Not acupuncture, but the results speak for themselves.
-
Recovering from surgery requires more than just rest. We build individualized programs to restore strength, mobility, and function so you can get back to life on your timeline.
-
Comprehensive rehabilitation for major joint injuries and replacements including hip, knee, and shoulder. Focused on restoring full range of motion, strength, and long-term joint health.
-
Championship Institution provides on-site athletic training coverage for teams, clubs, and sporting events throughout the Tucson area. Keep your athletes protected and performing.

"Murph literally keeps me functional. Highly recommend. Murph is magic."- Amy H
Murph literally keeps me functional. I see him weekly for soft tissue work and shockwave.
I started seeing him a few years ago, before my knee replacement, to strengthen my leg before surgery. Then I saw him post-surgery for knee rehab. He helped me get all my range of motion back and got me back to hiking again. Highly recommend. I often say Murph is magic.”

"Murph is the single biggest reason I can still compete on the tennis court and navigate life without limitations". -Sean O
I have worked with Chris Murphy ("Murph") through multiple surgeries, injuries, and the everyday wear and tear of staying active, and he is the single biggest reason I can still compete on the tennis court, not to mention navigate life without limitations. Murph does not just fix the problem; he teaches you why it happened and gives you tools to help prevent it from coming back.
If you want someone who cares about your long-term health and not just a quick fix, Murph is the one to see. I would not be playing the sport I love without him.

ATC, LAT
I’m Chris Murphy, a Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer (ATC, LAT) with over 20 years of experience helping athletes and individuals recover, perform, and return to doing what they love. I’m a Tucson native and earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Science at Northern Arizona University.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with athletes at every level, from youth and high school competitors to collegiate and professional athletes, including time with Pima Community College, Arizona Western College, Walden Grove High School, and the Arizona Diamondbacks organization.
But the experience that has shaped how I treat clients wasn’t professional; it was personal.
My collegiate soccer career ended after a devastating series of ACL injuries. In just nine months, I tore my ACL three times, underwent two ACL reconstructions, endured two post-surgical infections, and required multiple additional surgeries.
I know firsthand what it takes to face an injury, commit to the rehab process, recover from surgery, and keep going when setbacks happen. My journey has given me a unique perspective that shapes how I care for clients. My goal is to help every person who walks through my door feel supported, understood, and confident in the path ahead.
