  • We offer a comprehensive range of treatments, including injury evaluation, injury treatment and rehabilitation, soft tissue manipulation, blood flow restriction (BFR) therapy, cupping, scraping, dry needling, focused shockwave therapy, post-surgical rehabilitation, total joint rehabilitation, and athletic training event coverage.

  • Yes — injury evaluation and treatment are at the core of what we do. Whether it's a fresh sprain or something that's been bothering you for years, we assess it and build a plan to get you better.

  • Athletic trainers are healthcare professionals who specialize in the prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of injuries and illnesses. Despite the name, we don't just work with athletes — we work with anyone who wants to move better, recover faster, and stay active.

  • Absolutely. Post-surgical rehabilitation is one of our specialties. We work with you through every stage of recovery to restore strength, mobility, and function as efficiently as possible.

  • Yes. We work with patients of all ages, including youth athletes. If your child is dealing with a sports injury or needs rehabilitation or treatment, we are equipped to help.

  • We are NOT a PT clinic! Our biggest differences are that we are a private pay clinic (not dictated by insurance companies).

    We are a one-stop shop for injury evaluation, treatments, rehabilitation, and recommendations for further care. We can also see you as fast as the same day / next day (another benefit to not accepting insurance).

  • Individual sessions are $90. We also offer packages and membership options for those looking for ongoing care. Visit our Pricing page for the full breakdown.

  • We accept cash, check, card, Zelle, or Apple Pay.

    We also accept HSA (health savings account) and FSA (flex spending account).

  • We are a private pay clinic and do not bill insurance directly. However, we offer receipts that you can submit to your insurance.
