CUPPING + SCRAPING
Cupping uses suction to draw fluid into the treated area, increasing circulation, relieving muscle tension, and promoting cell repair. It is one of the oldest healing techniques in existence and remains one of the most effective for loosening deep tissue that is not responding to other treatments.
Scraping works on a similar principle but uses an instrument applied directly to the skin to break up adhesions, scar tissue, and fascial restrictions that limit movement and cause pain. Both techniques increase blood flow to the targeted area and create the optimal environment for healing to take place.
If you're dealing with a soft tissue injury or issue, cupping and scraping are treatments that will be used as part of your treatment plan.
