Focused Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses high-energy acoustic (sound) waves to stimulate healing in injured soft tissues and bones.

Focused shockwave therapy stimulates the body's natural healing response by increasing blood flow, breaking down calcifications, and jumpstarting tissue that has stopped healing on its own. We use it as part of a comprehensive treatment approach combined with soft tissue work, BFR, and whatever else your body needs that session.

If you are dealing with chronic tendon pain, heel pain, shoulder issues, or a soft tissue injury that has been lingering despite other treatment, shockwave may be exactly what your recovery has been missing. It works especially well for conditions that have plateaued, where the body needs a push to start healing again.
